Who we are
Investment Tribe Limited, trading as Tribe Tech, provides managed website design, hosting, maintenance and optimisation services. Questions about personal information can be sent to support@tribetech.app.
Information we use
We use the contact, business, billing and project information you provide to deliver the website service, administer secure Studio access, communicate about your project and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed by Revolut through its hosted checkout. Investment Tribe Limited receives transaction and subscription status information but does not store full card details.
Website projects and feedback
Project briefs, comments, reference files and website versions are used only to create, review, host and improve the requested website. Draft answers are saved to the secure client workspace so you can continue on another device. Access links and account details should be kept private.
Voice answers and transcription
If you choose to record or upload a voice answer, the audio is processed by our secure transcription service to produce editable text and is stored with the project brief. Microphone access is requested only after you give explicit consent. You can review and change every transcript before submitting the brief.
Retention and rights
We keep records only for as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by contacting us.
