Do we need to meet in person?
There's no need. Briefs, previews and revisions all happen online, which is how we deliver first previews within 48 hours. If you're in Edinburgh and would like a chat first, get in touch.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You pin changes straight onto your private preview and send them as a revision batch. If you're still not happy after two rounds of changes, cancel before launch and get your first month back. How the guarantee works.
