Need more pages or faster turnaround? Professional (£289 + VAT a month) covers up to 20 pages with a first preview within 24 hours. Enterprise (£599 + VAT a month) brings that first preview down to 12 hours.

Once your website is live, your plan keeps it running and improving:
- It stays online and secure. Managed hosting and SSL are included, within your plan's hosting allowance.
- You send changes when you need them. New photos, prices or wording go in as a revision batch.
- Monthly SEO optimisation and analytics. Essential monthly SEO on Start Up.
- Domain, privacy, legal and cookie support when you need it.

Questions people ask before signing up
Is there really no build fee?
Yes. There's no build fee. Plan fees are paid monthly in advance, and checkout shows exactly what's due before you pay. Domains, third-party charges and new functionality are agreed separately.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You pin changes straight onto your private preview and send them as a revision batch. If you're still not happy after two rounds of changes, cancel before launch and get your first month back. How the guarantee works.
Am I tied into a contract?
Plans are monthly and renew until you cancel, which you can do from your account or by emailing support@tribetech.app.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website is hosted while your plan is active, so arrange any handover before you cancel. Your domain stays with its registered owner. Source files or a full transfer are available only if agreed in writing.
Who owns the domain?
You do, if it's registered in your name. Your domain always stays with its registered owner.
Is it a template?
No. Every client website is designed individually around the brief you give us.
How quickly will I see something?
Your first private preview arrives within 48 hours of your brief on Start Up, within 24 hours on Professional and within 12 hours on Enterprise.
