Questions
I get most work from word of mouth. Do I need a website?
Referrals usually still look you up. A clear website with your work, reviews you've genuinely earned and an easy way to call backs up what they've been told.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You pin changes straight onto your private preview and send them as a revision batch. If you're still not happy after two rounds of changes, cancel before launch and get your first month back. How the guarantee works.
Can I update my gallery myself?
Send new photos as a revision batch and we'll add them. Start Up includes 5 batches a month, each back within 18 hours.
Am I tied into a contract?
Plans are monthly and renew until you cancel, which you can do from your account or by emailing support@tribetech.app.
